Szeryk Guitar Academy ™ | 2009 Fender Stratocaster

This is a fretboard ReRadius, ReFret and Setup on a 2009 Fender American Stratocaster.
The goal with this project was to increase the playability of the guitar and to bring this guitar up to a more modern design standard and to increase playability, tone and sustain!

First step was to carefully pull the frets to avoid fretboard tear out, then re-sanded the fretboard from the stock 9.5″ radius to more modern 12″ radius and finish the fretboard to a super smooth mirror shine. We seal the Fretboard with our secret sauce finish, then carefully install our custom Stainless Steel Fret wire. Next step is to level frets on our custom refretting jig and with the aid of a laser, all frets are levelled to within 0.0001″ tolerance! We then crown the frets back to perfection then finish to a mirror shine. Each fret is treated like a piece of fine jewellery for an absolute perfect playing and feeling fretboard!
